Delete Your Account

You can attempt to delete your account at any time.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to your profile
  3. click the “Delete Account” button.

Depending on the state of your account you will be presented with one of two responses.

Response 1: Delete Account

If you have not conducted any International Shipping and/or Financial Transactions with our Company. You will be able to delete your account and all associated data immediatly. All your data will be removed from our servers and you will have to re-register to use our services.

Response 2: Freeze Account

If you have conducted an International Shipping and/or Financial Transaction with our Company. You will not be able to immediatly delete your account. Due to International shipping regulations, Financial, Taxation, and Importation data retention laws of Jamaica and the USA;  Your complete data must be kept for a minimum of seven(7) years.  You will be presented with the option to freeze your account. After the data retention period elapses, your data will be automatically deleted from our servers. During the frozen period you can re-activate your account by sending an International shipment properly addressed with your mailbox number to our Miami address or by contacting customer service.
